Caillat's dusty alto is dead sexy on this debut album of airy modern pop, inspiring weak knees on slow jams like "One Fine Wire" and "Feelings Show." Throughout, the reduction of Latin guitar and swinging tempos is a tasteful match with the soulful inflections. She starts "Bubbly" -- one of the many lofty mid-tempo numbers about rain on windowpanes and yuppie love -- by sweetly requesting "Will you count me in?" and by the time it fades out, you're likely to give her whatever she wants.
